Duymelot en Borduurmaatjes

Hoi, dit was en mijn wedstrijdkaartje voor februari van de borduurmaatjes (2e plaats) en ik wil met dit kaartje meedoen met de wedstrijd van februari bij Duymelot (een hart op je kaart). Tilda is gekleurd met derwents. Patroon is geborduurd met Mettler garen. Designpapier van Action.

Hi, this is as well my challenge card for February at the borduurmaatjes (2nd place) and I also want to join the challenge at Duymelot for February (a heart on your card). Tilda has been coloured with derwents. Pattern is embroidered with Mettler yarn. Designpaper from Action.

Duymelot wedstrijd

Hoi, via Creashop Duymelot ben ik bij hun Duymelot Design Team terecht gekomen. Deze hebben voor de maand januari een leuke wedstrijd. Maak een kaart/creatie met de sketch aldaar, gebruik een Magnolia stempel en de kleurencombi blauw/bruin. Dit vind ik wel een uitdaging en bovenstaande kaart is er bij mij uitgekomen.

Hi, through Creashop Duymelot I ended up at their Duymelot Design Team. They have a nice challenge for the month of January. Make a card with their sketch, use a Magnolia stamp and the colourcombo brown/blue. I find this combo very tempting and the above card is what is my result of this.

Ik heb de volgende materialen gebruikt:
Magnolia "Fairy Dust Tilda"
Copics: E53-E51-E50-RV10-B00-BG10-BG05-BG07-BG09-W7-W5-W3
Stardust glitterlijm aqua (Pipoos)
Tekst sentiment: stempel (Action) afgedrukt met Versa color (159 Mountain lake).
Het randje om de stempel is gemaakt met colorbox cocoa.
Het bruine en bruin/blauwe designpapier zijn (schrik niet) stukjes behangstaaltjes (vrij te krijgen bij iedere grote doe-het-zelf-keten). Het blauw-witte designpapier komt uit een vintageblokje van de Action.
Tot slot nog 3 aquakleurige halve parels (Kars).

Sentiment: stamp (Action) printed with Versa color (159 Mountain lake).
The thin line around the image is colorbox cocoa.
The brown and brown/blue designpaper are (don't panic) pieces of wallpaper (which you can easily get at each big store in wallpapers/paint etc). The blue/white designpaper is from a vintage paperstack from Action.
In the end I put 3 semi-pearls in aqua-colour (Kars).
